How far along: 33 weeks and 2 days
Weight gain: 2 pounds this week (because of a high calorie, high protein diet to help bulk up Baby in case of prematurity).
How big is baby: Baby Boy is likely over 4 1/2 pounds
Movement: Lots! This boy likes reminding me he's in there.
Maternity clothes: I've been wearing my maternity jeans and shirts, getting dressed every day this week in something besides pajamas.
Stretch marks: Few new ones, but they're there. My ligaments are definitely stretching.
Belly Button (in or out?): Still in

How I’m feeling: Uncomfortable and tired of bed rest, but feeling positive. Now that I'm 33 weeks along, my fears about the baby have lessened a little, and I'm just trying to hang in there for another few weeks. but aren't all pregnant women uncomfortable? So no complaints here.
Symptoms: I have a short but stable cervix! Occasional contractions (that thankfully aren't causing cervical change), pelvic pressure, round ligament pain are causing the discomfort mentioned above, but aren't all pregnant women uncomfortable? I'm just glad to still be pregnant.
Sleep: It's getting harder and harder to find a comfortable position to sleep because of my growing belly and irritable uterus, and I'm pretty restless (which bothers J). Ambien is my friend lately.
Cravings: Fried foods, Mexican food
Food Aversions: Milk products are getting harder and harder to stomach.
What I Miss: Sleeping comfortably, going out, taking B to playgroup, going to Church, cooking, helping around the house, etc., etc.
Hardships this week: Having a cold (I can't really take anything for it while pregnant, and being down on my back makes for lots of congestion); Getting used to the noisy and smoking neighbors after being away at my in-laws for two weeks.

Highlights this week: J passing his test! I also liked having a friend visit.
What I'm looking forward to: My wheelchair field trip next week (probably to Target for some baby stuff and then out to eat); getting off bed rest in a few weeks.

I'm surprised at the noticeable difference in baby carrying lower this time. I could see how that might be more uncomfortable. Keep hanging on.
